1. After your booking is confirmed, we will send the hotel voucher to the e-mail address provided during your booking process. At that time, the cancellation policy is applied.
2. Any policies dictated by the hotel you have booked the room will always supercede those stated here. In such case we will of course inform you clearly and completely.
3. In periods of the high occupancy, the hotel may impose stricter policies for cancellation. The policies will be advised to you.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be made in writing to e-mail : info@phuketbooking.com or sending to fax no. +66 76 219604. The cancellation is ONLY valid if you receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your cancellation.

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival, will receive a refund of the reservation deposit less a handling charge of 500 THB.
• Cancellations made within 15-30 days before arrival, a one night room rate will be charged.
• Cancellations made within 7-14 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking valure will be charged.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, full amount of the booking value will be charged.

NO SHOW (Non-use of reservation)
If you do not arrive at the hotel or fail to inform us of a cancellation before your arrival, a one night room rate will be charged.

AMENDMENT
Amendments involving a change in arrival date, to reduce or extend your stay, please contact us directly by sending an e-mail to info@phuketbooking.com or Phone (66 1) 537 6007 Fax no. (66-76) 219 604. The hotels can not make any refunds or offer the same low rates for additional nights.
